Wildgrain Bread Subscription Box

What if I told you, you can get fresh nutritious sourdough breads, artisanal pastries, and homemade pasta from small-batch bakers delivered right to your door? Would you believe me? I didn’t know that was a thing, but it is! I just received my summer box from Wildgrain, and wow - I’m blown away. Coming from someone who lives with an Italian that loves to make his fresh pasta and bread - I am impressed, and now we can get all of that hand cut, kneaded deliciousness without the dirty kitchen and proofing time! I'm so excited - they even gave me a discount code to share with you! Use my code LIBSTER FOR $10 your first order!

The Wildgrain Subscription bread box is a must-have this summer! Unlike supermarket breads, Wildgrain uses a slow fermentation process, so it’s easy on your belly, lower in sugar, and rich in nutrients and antioxidants.

Everything from their sourdough bread to their croissants bakes from frozen in 25 minutes or less. Picture this, you have friends that want to do a dinner night this summer and they ask you to bring whatever you want. What do you do? We just moved to a new neighborhood, and this has happened a few times.

Normally we’d run to the store and make a quick side, grab some chips and dip, or make some rolls (that are cheap with not so great ingredients, and everyone knows they came out of a can). Well look no further this ever so impressive - crowd pleasing box.

What’s also great is that you will never run the risk of getting bored with your box. They’re constantly adding new, seasonal, and limited time special items to try. You can also customize it each month based on your upcoming events, house guests, or even your dinner plans!

I had been wanting to try this delicious peach balsamic bruschetta on ciabatta bread so I made sure that the Olive Oil infused Ciabatta Bread was in our summer box. It tastes like we made it from scratch. It’s so fresh and fluffy, and the PERFECT appetizer for a summer party! All you have to do is: mix cut peaches, tomatoes, purple onions and basil with some olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake your Wildgrain Ciabatta Bread according to the directions. Once it's cool, slice it, and add burrata cheese on top. Distribute the peach mixture on top, then drizzle some balsamic glaze on top! Voila!

Last night, I was CRAVING pasta. And not just any pasta, homemade perfectly al dente spaghetti. (I’m blaming this craving on my husband) Unfortunately he wasn’t home. I’m pregnant so this craving was like serious. THANK GOD I had this Tonnarelli (aka “Spaghetti alla chitarra” or the classic spaghetti cut using a tool that translates to guitar).

I dropped the frozen pasta in boiling salted water and let it cook for about 3 minutes and it tasted like I was back in Italy. I topped it with some ground chicken, sauteed mushrooms, tomato sauce, airfriend squash, and parmigiano reggiano. DELICIOUS! What also was a super nice surprise was that the box came with homemade macaroons!! I KNOW! So great! I thought to myself “eh I’ll try them…” and whoa did my thoughts change after I did. There were six different flavors and I have tried them all. Gosh what a glorious delicious night.

Something I also love about this company is that with every new member, Wildgrain donates 6 meals to the greater Boston food bank - so you can eat good and feel good! Check out Wildgrain HERE and use my code LIBSTER FOR $10 your first order!- it will add so much goodness and simplicity to your home each month!
